I am delighted to release details of new courses starting in the New Year. Please go to the courses tab for more information.

I am pleased to announce  all 2018 courses are now fully subscribed. If you are interested in reserving a place on either ‘Irish Literature’  or ‘Creative Writing: Introduction’ in Spring 2019,  please email info@martinkeaveney.com or use the contact form.

It was a pleasure to meet many new writers in Castlebar on registration night. The course is now full. However, there are still places available in the Galway city course which starts on Saturday 29th September. Click here to reserve.

Please note registration for ‘Creative Writing: Introduction’ takes place next Tuesday, 4 September at 8pm in Davitt College, Castlebar. I look forward to meeting writers from the local area and discussing the course in more detail on the night. If you can’t attend, you can still enrol before or after via the  website. Check the courses  page for more information.

Please note the Castlebar evening class ‘Creative Writing : Introduction’ starts on  Thursday 20th September.

On some posters, and on the Mayo Sligo Leitrim ETB website, you may have seen an incorrect start date of September 18th.

The registration night is Tuesday 4th September at 8pm.
