TEACHING WITH ZOOM AT MKCW

When teaching your class, you do not log in as a student. You go to zoom.us and enter the following details.

Log in to MKCW Professional Zoom Account:

keaveneycreative@gmail.com

Password: Ulysses22*

You may need to contact 0876007100 to complete entry on the 1st occasion or after period of non-use..

Only ever start ‘SINGLE PROJECT/PORTFOLIO’ meeting:

Meeting ID: 821 1295 3696

Occasionally break-out rooms are required. We will advise.

Avoid use of phone or tablet for course or mentorship delivery (Students may use device of choice).

Work to look up to the camera lens rather than down. Place the students image near your camera to increase eye-to-eye focus where possible.

If connection on student end is poor and they cannot hear or you cannot hear,  they could turn off their camera as a temporary measure. If that does not help, ask them to text their number and WhatsAPP them if possible to conduct the session,  or as a last resort phone them and let us know of any charges you incur. If the poor connectivity bleeds into further sessions, let us know for assessment.

Poor connections, even on their end, will result in bad experience for them and be associated with us.

Do not start or initiate any other meeting.

Ensure your camera is on. Ensure simple backgrounds  if using background. House interior is fine.

Do not deliver services in public places or cars as this agitates students.

Students can be invited to turn on camera. If they decline we accept this decision (occurs rarely).
