Current Mileage & Travel Rates for Allocations
Mileage: €0.18 per allocation over 24 kilometers round trip
B&B: €85 per night
Meal Stipend: €18 per 4+ hour allocation
Flight travel as required. Economy and carry-on baggage only.
Any incurred costs must be claimed using receipt and uploaded as a jpeg to dashboard. Please name receipts with initial, amount and dates, i.e. ‘MK – 25.55 – 100126’.
MKCW may provide accommodation & meals rather than cash reimbursement
Any payments in this regard are not subject to tax.
Rates may be changed, employees should check this page in advance of accepting any relevant allocation.
